Barnaby Piggott

CEO

Barnaby is a highly accomplished private equity project specialist with more than 15 years of experience working with private equity fund managers, administrators and investors throughout Europe and the US.  He has completed over 50 client engagements with leading industry names, including Coller Capital, Bridgepoint, UBS (now MUFG), IK Partners and Octopus Investments.

Barney began his career in private equity with AnalytX (now eFront) before spending six years with consulting firm 4vco. He founded Holland Mountain in 2009. Barney is a CFA® Charterholder, a CIPM® Certificant and a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner.

Jeremy Hocter

Director of Professional Services

Jeremy is an expert in private equity change management and technology best practice, with over 12 years advising LP and GP clients and delivering projects for firms such as KKR, Permira and SVG Advisers.

He began his career at Cambridge Associates in Boston and then moved to the UK in 2007 to join a boutique London private equity consulting firm, implementing performance monitoring and CRM solutions.  More recently, Jeremy led a team to design and build the Pevara benchmarking & analytics product for eFront.

He joined Holland Mountain in 2014 as Director of Professional Services.

Abisoye Osundairo

Abisoye joined the Holland Mountain team in 2016, bringing extensive experience in client relationship management. She has since been focused primarily on a back-office system implementation project for a major international private equity group.

She is a natural project manager, with diverse experience across both the private and non-profit sectors. Her most recent role was with award-winning social enterprise, Renaisi, which helps to transform disadvantaged communities and secure opportunities for local people.

Abisoye has a degree in Business and Finance from the University of Lincoln, and was recently awarded her PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification.

Amar Shah

Amar is an IT transformation and strategy specialist with expert knowledge of IT service delivery for private equity, Amar joined Holland Mountain in January 2018 as the practice lead for IT strategy.

His extensive previous experience includes delivering a large scale IT change programme for Vision Capital and an IT leadership role for Terra Firma.

Amar has over ten years experience in understanding a firm’s IT business needs and using secure, compliant and scalable solutions to deliver the requirements.

Amy Scott

Amy joined Holland Mountain in 2017 as a key member of our internal operations team working closely with our CEO to provide executive support. More recently, Amy has re-focused her attention to our internal HR functions and is now leading the human resources team as HR Manager, focusing on engagement and strategy.

Prior to joining Holland Mountain, Amy worked in various back office roles within HR and high-level support to executives.

Anjali Obhrai

Anjali works in the client delivery team focusing on a multi-workstream systems implementation and data analysis.

Prior to joining Holland Mountain, Anjali worked in financial services researching new business marketing strategies and conducting benchmarking analysis.

Fluent in both Hindi and English, Anjali holds a BSc (Hons) Biochemistry from the University of Bath and is currently working towards the PRINCE2® qualification.

Delphine Nordmann

Delphine joined Holland Mountain in 2018 as a consulting business analyst, supporting a CRM data migration workstream for an international private equity group.  Her previous experience includes research & analysis roles in asset management and corporate audit.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Delphine graduated from University of Geneva with a BSc in Business Administration, Economics & Management and holds a Master’s in Finance & Accounting from University of Westminster.

Derek Moniz

Since joining Holland Mountain, Derek has been engaged primarily on a back office systems implementation and data migration project for a global private equity firm.

Previously, Derek worked within the client service group at Bank Morgan Stanley AG, Zurich, reconciling cash and securities for the bank and on behalf of clients. He also oversaw testing and supported an implementation project to introduce a new internal software across the bank.

A graduate from the University of Bath, Derek has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics as well as a Master’s in Mathematical Sciences from Durham University.

Eni Shabani

Since joining Holland Mountain in 2014, Eni has worked on several multi-work stream implementation projects for both venture capital and private equity firms. Throughout this time he has gained extensive experience across front and back office systems and processes, functional and reporting requirements gathering, data analysis and migration strategies.

Most recently, Eni planned, initiated and project managed a large, cross-functional system implementation engagement for a multinational finance institute. Eni brings to the table a natural enthusiasm for the alternative asset management industry, combining strong economic and systems analysis skills, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Eni is PRINCE2® project accredited and holds a BSc. in Economics & Political Science from Queen Mary University, London.

Gabrielle Ige

Since joining Holland Mountain in early 2017, Gabrielle has worked on two multi workstream implementation projects for private equity firms. Throughout these projects she has gained experience with back office systems and processes, managing system integrations, data analysis and migration.

A graduate in Law from the University of Birmingham, Gabrielle directs our weekly private equity training sessions and is currently working towards her PRINCE2® qualification.

Gregorio Del Sal

When Greg joined the Holland Mountain team, he dropped into a project management role on two major client engagements. One a systems selection and implementation for a large institutional firm, the other an outsourcing selection and third party administrator on-boarding project for a real estate and infrastructure client.

Fluent in both Italian and English, he has previously worked in New York and Italy, gaining experience in the investment banking and real estate sectors.

Greg is a graduate of Boston University with degrees in both Economics and Business Administration. He is a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner and recently passed Level I of the CFA Program.

Harry Nixon

Harry works in the client delivery team supporting large scale transformation projects for some of our most specialist clients.  He is an accomplished analyst with a background in credit risk research.

Graduating from Bath University, Harry holds a degree in Economics.

Jordan Shum

Since joining the Holland Mountain team, Jordan has been working primarily on a major CRM system implementation and data migration project for a multinational, Private Equity firm.

Prior to joining Holland Mountain, he gained experience in data management in his role as a Data Scientist for award-winning Marketing and Advertising firm, Tailify. He also has experience working at an accounting firm.

Jordan is a graduate from University College London with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He is currently working toward his PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification.

Karishma Patel

Karishma joined Holland Mountain in 2018 as an analyst; since joining she has been involved in a front office implementation project with a global private equity firm, supporting the team with data migration, analysis and cleansing.

Fluent in Gujarati and English, Karishma holds a Mathematics degree from the University of Southampton. In her spare time she enjoys the arts, with a passion for portrait drawings.

Katie Brown

Katie specialises in client relations, driving both new business acquisition and account development. Since joining Holland Mountain, she has worked on an Operational Review and an IT Strategy Review, both for large, London-based infrastructure fund managers.

Katie holds a degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Italian from Durham University, and is working toward the CAIA Association’s Fundamentals of Alternative Investments Certificate.

Keara Pownall

Keara joined the Holland Mountain team from a background in corporate finance and treasury, bringing strong financial modelling, cash management and forecasting & analysis skills. Among a variety of Holland Mountain engagements, Keara has worked on an operational review and a CRM project, both for mid-market private equity firms.

She is originally from Vancouver, Canada, where she held the role of Business Development Manager at a global engineering consulting firm with oversight of Western Canada.

Keara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, has written and passed CFA Level 1, and recently completed the PRINCE2® Foundation qualification.

Kim Ellis

Kim joined Holland Mountain from PwC, where she worked on large-scale portfolio sales and technology implementations. On joining the team, she dropped straight into a multi-workstream implementation project for a fast-growing, UK private equity firm and managed a portfolio monitoring system implementation for a German client.

Fluent in both German and English, Kim spent an ERASMUS year at a German university and also gained experience working for a law firm in Munich.
Kim holds an LLB in Law and German from the University of Cardiff and is PRINCE2® project accredited.

Leah Tsirigotis

Leah joined Holland Mountain in 2017 initially to set up the client delivery support function. Specialising in operational excellence she now leads the Operations team and is responsible for optimising the performance of our business through provision of dedicated support services to client-facing teams.

Prior to joining Holland Mountain, Leah worked for a FTSE 100 company within the knowledge and information economy sector. Her career has spanned the public and private sectors in both London and New York, predominately in project-focused operations roles.

Liz Hocter

Liz is a director at Hertalis, the resourcing strategy arm of Holland Mountain.  Prior to launching Hertalis, Liz was head of people for Holland Mountain where she was responsible for driving sustainable growth, helping the firm to double in size over 14 months.

She has over 12 years experience working with global organisations to implement successful change management strategies, with consulting roles spanning oil & gas, private equity & banking.

Liz started her career in operations for financial services, moved into HR & recruitment strategy in 2004 and since then has become a specialist in organisational change, resourcing & performance development. Lorena Savvidou

Specialising in front office implementation, Lorena previously worked at a consultancy firm where she developed extensive experience with front office trading systems. Her current projects range from optimising client delivery methods through identifying and mitigating risks, and data cleansing, data migration and system testing for one of our largest clients.

Fluent in Greek and English, Lorena has significant experience with project management, after completing a MSc in Project Management, Finance and Risk from the University of London.

Lorena holds a PRINCE2® Foundation qualification and will soon begin working towards her PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification. Actively involved with organising charity events in the UK and charity fundraising, she is also a qualified Zumba Instructor and a Latin Dancer.

Lorraine Hau

Lorraine joined Holland Mountain in 2018 from a background in global property investment with a management firm in Hong Kong.  Since joining Holland Mountain she has been working on a front office systems implementation project for an international private equity firm, specialising in data analysis, migration and cleansing.

Lorraine graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics and is fluent in Cantonese and English.

Lynsey Choules

Lynsey specialises in business operations & joined Holland Mountain from a background in operations & project support for an IT consulting firm.

As well as being experienced in a wide range of back & middle office activities, Lynsey handles client invoicing for HM and is responsible for ensuring monthly accounting processes are executed smoothly & on time.

Lynsey holds a Law degree from the University of Reading and is involved in delivering courses to train guides assisting visually impaired people. She also sits on a panel for Diabetes UK, giving advice on campaign materials.

Patrick Spicer

Patrick is an experienced senior consultant and project manager. After 3 years in external audit for insurance and mutual fund clients with Deloitte, Patrick went on to spend a further 3 years in Accounting and Finance at Summit Partners. During this time, Patrick led the development and implementation of a bespoke financial reporting system, incorporating a large-scale data migration exercise.

Since joining Holland Mountain, Patrick has overseen an outsourcing selection project, third party administrator onboarding and data migration for a leading real estate and infrastructure fund manager. He has also planned and initiated a middle office change management project and multi-office portfolio monitoring system implementation for a large institutional client. Most recently, Patrick has managed multi-workstream system and business process change programmes for multiple clients.

A PRINCE2® registered project manager, Patrick has an MBA from the Cass Business School, a MSc in Accountancy and a BSc from Babson College, Boston, Mass.

Riyaan Patel

Riyaan’s first project at Holland Mountain was an Operational Review where he was involved in developing a current state analysis and identifying tactical and strategic improvements for the future of the client’s business.  Since then, Riyaan has been working on a data migration and systems implementation project for a large private equity firm.

Prior to joining Holland Mountain, Riyaan worked as a supply chain analyst for global FMCG company Ferrero.  Riyaan is an Economics graduate from the University of Bath.

Ryan McGuigan

Ryan joined Holland Mountain as a consulting business analyst in 2018. His previous experience includes complex problem solving and data analysis for a private equity & venture capital fund.

Since joining Holland Mountain Ryan has been focused on a systems implementation project for an international private equity group, working on reconciliation of financial reports and supporting PMO activities.

Ryan is a graduate from Coventry University and holds a 1st class B.A. (Hons) in Finance & Investment.

Vishal Khatri

Since joining Holland Mountain, Vishal has been primarily working on a back office systems implementation project with a major international private equity group. He specialises in data migration, analysis and the cleansing of transactional data for multiple funds.

Vishal holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Kent, and is working towards his PRINCE2® qualification.
