Barnaby Piggott

Barnaby is the founder and CEO of Holland Mountain, a leading consultancy and data solutions provider exclusively focused on the Alternative Asset industry. 

Since founding the firm in 2009, Barnaby has grown Holland Mountain into a trusted partner for private capital firms, with a mission to help fund managers scale their businesses efficiently through operational excellence and effective use of tech and data. 

As a CEO, he leads the firm’s growth and global market expansion while empowering a team of private capital specialists to deliver exceptional services to clients.

With over two decades of experience working in Private Markets, Barnaby has been a long-standing advisor to GPs and LPs, helping them digitalize their operations and navigate the increasingly complex landscape of third-party technologies and outsourced service providers. 

As well as being a CFA charterholder, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology for Business from Aston University and a CIPM® Certificate in Investment Performance Management.
