Barnaby is a highly accomplished private equity project specialist with more than 16 years of experience working with private equity fund managers, administrators and investors throughout Europe and the US. He has completed over 50 client engagements with leading industry names, including Coller Capital, Bridgepoint, UBS (now MUFG), IK Partners and Octopus Investments.

Barnaby began his career in private equity with AnalytX (now eFront) before spending six years with a boutique London-based private equity consultancy. He founded Holland Mountain in 2009. Barnaby is a CFA® Charterholder, a CIPM® Certificant and a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner.

Leah joined Holland Mountain in 2017 initially to set up the client delivery support function. Specialising in operational excellence she now leads the Operations team and is responsible for optimising the performance of our business through provision of dedicated support services to client-facing teams.

Prior to joining Holland Mountain, Leah worked for a FTSE 100 company within the knowledge and information economy sector. Her career has spanned the public and private sectors in both London and New York, predominately in project-focused operations roles.

Harpreet has over 15 years experience in the Private Equity software industry, with responsibility for sales and implementation services across GP, LPs and Fund Administrators. During that time Harpreet has deployed software to over 150+ Private Equity firms across EMEA, APAC and most recently the US.Harpreet’s business analysis experience has benefited PE firms of all sizes to implement industry best practice’s during their software deployment.

This includes delivery of large and complex projects to some of the leading names in private equity.

Tim has 18 years of experience within private capital technology and data. He founded PE Stack in 2018 to help GPs and LPs navigate the increasingly complex world of third-party technology and market data, working with a wide range of firms on tech/data strategy and selection. PE Stack was acquired by Holland Mountain, a leading private capital focused consultant, in 2022 to enhance product selection capabilities and provide US presence.

Tim currently works with TH Lee Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, as an Executive Partner supporting their investment team. Formerly Chief Commercial Officer and Head of US Operations for Preqin (until 2018), playing a central role in developing products and overseeing commercial operations. Formerly on board of directors for Baxon, a portfolio monitoring solution acquired by Dynamo software (until 2018). Tim also holds an MBA, University of London (Cass Business School) / BA University of London (King’s College)

Associate Director, Billy Dix, is a Private Capital digital strategy and transformation expert. In his role as Head of Holland Mountain’s Digital Strategy Practice, Billy oversees all digital strategy projects, advising Private Capital firms on industry best practice and working with the firm’s leaders to design the future digital model that will enable the business to achieve its objectives.

Billy’s extensive project experience spans across front, middle and back office Private Capital operations. He has managed numerous solution selection and implementation projects, working with a wide range of software vendors and service providers.

Before joining Holland Mountain, Billy began his career working on enterprise SaaS projects for an Oracle implementation partner, including a year spent in Houston, Texas.

Senior Consultant, Christopher Vilhelmsen, is a Private Capital front office process, technology and data expert. In his role as Head of Holland Mountain’s Investment & IR/Fundraising Consulting Practice, Christopher works with front office teams to establish industry-leading operational capabilities that give the business competitive advantage.

Christopher has led successful technology implementation projects for some of Holland Mountain’s largest and most complex Private Capital clients, working with a wide range of software vendors and service providers.

Christopher joined the Holland Mountain team with previous Private Equity experience, from roles at Terra Firma Capital Partners and SEI Investments.
