Jonathan Connelly

Jonathan leads Holland Mountain’s global Advisory practice, with a wealth of experience in developing and delivering operational strategy for Private Market managers and service providers. He oversees a team of industry experts with expertise spanning systems, processes, and data across the Private Markets value chain.

Since joining Holland Mountain, Jonathan has led a broad range of complex client engagements, including multiple operational transformation and outsourcing strategy programmes for some of the firm’s largest Private Capital clients. He also designed and built several of Holland Mountain’s specialised service lines, including its market-leading fund administrator outsourcing offering for Private Capital firms.

Prior to joining Holland Mountain, Jonathan worked for Grant Thornton in the London Financial Services department, advising a portfolio of clients, including FTSE 250 investment trusts, Private Equity managers, and related funds. Jonathan has experience working with both FCA-regulated and US-reporting businesses.

Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), and holds a BSc in Mathematics with Economics from the University of Exeter.
