Jonathan is a Private Capital fund and corporate accounting expert, with 10 years of financial services and accounting experience. As the Head of Holland Mountain’s Finance Consulting Practice, Jonathan leads all fund and corporate accounting engagements, managing a team of specialists.

Since joining Holland Mountain, Jonathan has led a wide range of engagements, including multiple operational strategy and change management projects for some of Holland Mountain’s most complex Private Capital clients. Having managed numerous fund administrator review and selection engagements, Jon is highly familiar with the Private Capital outsourced service provider landscape, and the capabilities of the available solutions.

Prior to joining Holland Mountain, Jonathan worked for Grant Thornton in the London Financial Services department as an Audit Manager, advising a portfolio of clients, including FTSE 250 investment trusts, REITS, private equity managers and related funds. Jonathan has experience withing with both FCA regulated and US reporting businesses.
