Specializing in operational excellence Leah leads the Finance & Operations team, executing strategy and managing the day-to-day operations, through optimizing the performance of our business through the provision of dedicated support services to client-facing teams.

Leah joined Holland Mountain in 2017 to underpin the success of our client-facing teams with a scalable robust operational platform, following a 10-year career working in predominately project-focused operations roles spanning public and private sectors in both London and New York.

Leah graduated from Nottingham Trent University and is based in London.
