Description
After completing a successful iLEVEL implementation project, managed by Holland Mountain, the firm chose to use Holland Mountain’s outsourced platform management service to support the ongoing maintenance of the system. Description
The firm was using portfolio monitoring system, iLEVEL, to manage financial and KPI data from its portfolio companies, and wished to extend it to cover ESG data as well. The business engaged iLEVEL experts, Holland Mountain, to help them design and implement a best practice ESG setup in iLEVEL. The business now draws on ongoing services from Holland Mountain to support its periodic ESG data collection processes, acting as first line of support for questions from portfolio companies and helping ensure that the firm’s ESG data is complete.

Description
The firm wished had selected an ESG tool but didn’t have enough capacity on its internal team to manage the implementation. The business engaged Holland Mountain to act on its behalf. A Holland Mountain ESG expert managed the end-to-end implementation, from upfront requirements definition & solution design through the testing process with the vendor and the training and rollout of the solution across the business. The scope of the implementation covered both the pre-implementation ESG due diligence process as well as post-investment ESG data collection and monitoring.
