Vidrio Financial unveiled VIP (Vidrio Investor Partner), a new investment ecosystem connecting institutional investors, fund managers, and service providers on a single integrated platform. VIP enables collaboration across managed funds, secondary auctions, co-investments, and LP advisory services without requiring additional infrastructure, built on three principles: expert partner-led curation, complete data ownership by investors, and independent continuous monitoring. VIP is launching with limited-time incentives through September 2026.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 published a blog outlining how agentic AI is being integrated into source-to-pay ERP processes, enabling autonomous procurement workflows. The post details how AI agents handle supplier management, purchase order creation, and invoice reconciliation — reducing manual steps and accelerating cycle times across enterprise finance operations.

DEAL ACTIVITY

Chronograph announced a minority growth equity investment of over $140 million from Sixth Street Growth, the dedicated growth investing platform of Sixth Street. All existing investors — Summit Partners, Carlyle AlpInvest, Nasdaq Ventures, and Sidekick Partners — retain their minority positions. Funds will be directed toward expanding Chronograph’s AI product suite, accelerating a new private credit portfolio monitoring platform, and growing the company’s global footprint. Chronograph currently serves 8 of the 10 largest private capital GPs and 5 of the 10 largest private capital LPs globally, monitoring over $5.9 trillion in client invested capital across 15,000 unique funds and 258,000 private companies.

SimCorp a Deutsche Börse subsidiary, has acquired DOMOS FS to strengthen its alternative assets technology offering, aligning with the launch of SimCorp Alternatives.

Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fin (formerly Intercom) for approximately $3.6 billion. The deal is expected to close in Q4 FY27 and will bolster Agentforce with packaged AI service agents powered by Fin’s proprietary Apex model, bringing an established customer base of over 15,000 businesses.

Position Green acquired Greenomy, the Belgian fintech specialising in sustainability reporting and EU regulatory compliance (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, VSME). The transaction strengthens Position Green’s European ESG platform and adds Greenomy’s Brussels foothold at the centre of EU policymaking; Euroclear, Greenomy’s majority shareholder since 2022, retains a stake in the combined entity.

iCapital more than doubled its Hong Kong office footprint, leasing a 9,000 sq ft space at One International Finance Centre as part of a broader Asia-Pacific expansion now spanning Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney. The new space is expected to accommodate between 55 and 60 staff by 2029, roughly double the current city headcount.

Moonfare closed its second-generation co-investment fund, Moonfare Co-Investment Fund II (MCF II), at $83 million — 43% above its predecessor — within 12 months. The fund attracted commitments from eligible investors across more than 20 markets and is already 30% deployed in deals alongside Hg, Vista, and EQT, targeting 12–15 co-investments primarily in North America and Europe.

PARTNERSHIPS & INTEGRATIONS

Broadridge is collaborating with Canadian wealth services provider Aviso to support the next phase of technology modernisation for its Aviso Correspondent Partners business. Aviso will deploy Broadridge’s Wealth Platform — providing a next-generation open API architecture and Advisor Workstation components — as part of an expanded multi-year relationship. The solution is expected to increase advisor productivity, accelerate onboarding of new tools, and deliver real-time data access across Aviso’s 4,600 advisors and nearly 900,000 investors.

Salesforce announced an expanded partnership with Databricks to help organisations securely connect enterprise data with the customer relationships, permissions, and workflows required to drive trusted AI outcomes. New capabilities include Data 360 Zero Copy, MuleSoft Agent Scanner for Databricks, Federated Search, and a Slack Genie App — enabling humans and AI agents to query and act across Salesforce and Databricks environments. Salesforce was also named Databricks’ ISV Business App Partner of the Year at Data & AI Summit 2026.

Hazletree has partnered with Walrus Security to integrate Walrus’s DoubleCheck payment authentication platform into Hazletree’s treasury and liquidity management solution. DoubleCheck verifies payment instructions with the counterparty before funds are released, providing a layered control against business email compromise and payment fraud for alternative asset managers.

OFFICE & PERSONNEL

Titanbay appointed Marcel Rohner — Vice-Chairman of UBP SA, Chairman of the Swiss Bankers Association, and former Group Chief Executive of UBS AG — as a Non-Executive Director on its group board. Rohner led UBS through the global financial crisis as Group CEO from 2007 to 2009 and has served on the Board of Union Bancaire Privée since 2016. His appointment reflects the accelerating shift of private markets toward the European wealth channel.
