LSEG launches Model-as-a-Service, a new capability that enables financial institutions to host, distribute and analyze models through a secure marketplace. Societe Generale has joined LSEG’s model marketplace as a provider of advanced analytical models, making a set of its flagship datasets and analytics available to both firms’ clients. As part of the partnership, seven Societe Generale datasets and analytics will be available via LSEG’s model marketplace, covering Fixed Income, FX, ESG, and Equities. Clients will be able to access Societe Generale’s datasets and analytics alongside LSEG’s own analytics, all through an integrated experience. Through LSEG’s strategic partnership with Microsoft, MaaS enables portfolio managers, risk teams and other market participants to access datasets, analytics & models from multiple providers securely, and at scale, without the need for additional integration. For institutions, MaaS offers a scalable route to commercialization; turning proprietary analytics into scalable solutions, while reducing infrastructure, compliance, and go-to-market overhead. Powered by Model Context Protocol connectors, MaaS also delivers models directly into LSEG’s partners’ AI ecosystems, such as the availability of LSEG’s MCP connector in Microsoft Copilot Studio. 

M Science introduces Maddie – The M Science Insight Copilot. Leveraging advanced GenAI models grounded in M Science’s proprietary data and written research, Maddie gives users the ability to accelerate extraction of intelligence from the M Science platform. Maddie turns the research process into a real‑time, force multiplier for investors — delivering intelligence and data for 250+ public companies and hundreds of private names, across multiple industries. Features include: 1 – analyze reports, 2 – spot trends, 3 – set alerts, 4 – compare companies. 

Anaplan launches Anaplan CoModeler. Anaplan CoModeler optimizes model builder productivity by automating logic, formulas, structure, and documentation. Built directly into Anaplan’s platform, Anaplan CoModeler optimizes planning processes by creating, extending, and explaining models with accuracy and transparency. Features include: 1 – Auto-generate structures, refine formulas and maintain documentation, 2 – Optimize model performance while applying best practices, 3 – Extend existing models through conversational requests, 4 – Maintain enterprise-grade trust, control, and governance. 

FactSet unveils new Investor Relations website. The new website is a refreshed experience designed to make financials, filings, and investor materials easy to access in a single place. FactSet Investor Relations can be found at: www.investor.factset.com/ 

Edda mobile app upgraded with new user experience to access Dealflow, Portfolio, and Contacts. New features of Edda’s mobile app include: 1 – Kanban View for Dealflow, 2 – Portfolio Management Application, 3 – Cap Table Access, 4 – Connection Strength for Contacts. 

Attio introduces new permissions system on platform, with object controls, team-based access, and cascading overrides. This update is a foundational infrastructure layer designed to support the way growing teams actually work, with shared ownership, cross-functional visibility, and trusted data. Permissions are available on all paid Attio plans. The new permissions are: 1 – Object controls: users can now adjust the access level for every object in their workspace, with options for Read only, Read and write, and Full access. 2 – Team-based access: instead of managing permissions one person at a time, users can now create teams and grant access to entire groups at once. 3 – Cascading overrides: setting access permissions now follows a clear hierarchy: workspace, then team, then individual member, where lower levels override higher ones. 

ROYC unveils redesigned digital experience, built to deliver insights, clear navigation, and value for private markets professionals. ROYC’s updated website is designed to make it easy to explore what ROYC is, what it does, and how it supports investors across the private markets ecosystem. 

DEAL ACTIVITY

BridgeWise acquires Context Analytics. The acquisition brings together BridgeWise’s investment intelligence platform with Context Analytics’ capabilities in processing unstructured financial data. Context Analytics enhances BridgeWise’s multilingual investment analysis with technology that converts news, social media, earnings calls, and regulatory filings into structured data and real-time sentiment signals. This acquisition will accelerate the rollout of pAI, BridgeWise’s AI wealth agent designed to build, review, and optimize personalized portfolios in a conversational manner. By integrating Context Analytics’ data directly into pAI, BridgeWise enables financial institutions to replace static investment models with adaptive, personalized wealth journeys delivered at scale. 

Tangible secures $4.3m seed to scale hardtech debt. The round was led by Pale Blue Dot, with participation from MMC, Future Positive Capital, Unruly, SDAC, Prototype Capital and Aperture. The capital will support Tangible’s efforts to streamline and scale debt financing for hardtech businesses. 

Moonfare closes co-investment fund II at $83 million. MCF II attracted commitments from eligible investors across more than 20 markets. Investors included individuals, single family offices, and smaller institutional investors, with strong demand in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and the US. The third generation Moonfare Co-Investment Fund III is expected to launch in the next 12–18 months. 

PARTNERSHIPS & INTEGRATIONS

LSEG and Standard Chartered form multi-year collaboration. This new partnership will enable the Standard Chartered to adopt LSEG’s multi-asset class data, news and analytics, with rights management and delivery. The multi-year agreement supports Standard Chartered’s operating model by consolidating market-data access, improving catalogue and lineage, and streamlining governance and entitlements. Tthe collaboration strengthens control and auditability, supports regulatory requirements, and enables front-to-back workflows across markets, risk, finance and wealth. 

Pitchbook partners with Semaverse bring strategic clarity into investment decisions. Semaverse is an Agentic-AI platform purpose-built to reduce execution risk across the M&A lifecycle. PitchBook’s private capital market data now powers Semaverse’s M&A Intelligence Infrastructure. Through PitchBook’s Premium Connector, PitchBook clients and Semaverse users can access PitchBook’s private capital market intelligence within their AI workflows. Semaverse’s AI agents retrieve and process PitchBook data, applying organizational context like investment strategies and deal histories to every decision. 

REX Shares forms partnership with CAIS, RBC Capital Markets, and Bloomberg Indices to launch Autocallable Income ETF. The REX Autocallable Income ETF is supported by CAIS, which will serve as a core platform and marketing partner, RBC Capital Markets and Bloomberg Index Services, which supplies the underlying index. ATCL offers daily liquidity, transparency, and operational efficiency for income-focused portfolios. REX manages the strategy, while CAIS supports advisor education and access. This solution will be part of CAIS Capital Markets, which supports advisor engagement across trading, structured notes, and other specialized strategies. 

LSEG partners with Bank of America. This new multi-year strategic partnership will make LSEG’s data, analytics and workflow capabilities available across Bank of America’s platforms. Under the agreement, LSEG’s data and analytics solutions will be integrated across key areas of Bank of America’s business. LSEG will also supply AI ready content to accelerate analysis and enhance insight generation across client workflows. This collaboration provides Bank of America with access to LSEG’s integrated workflow solutions, led by LSEG Workspace and complemented by APIs and enterprise platforms. At the same time, integrating LSEG’s World Check risk intelligence data will reinforce the consistency and reliability of Bank of America’s compliance, screening and monitoring processes across markets and jurisdictions. 

Mondrian collaborates with Fundguard for investment accounting. Mondrian Investment Partners, a value investment manager, is partnering with FundGuard as part of its initiative to modernize its investment operations platform. After a review of potential replacements for their legacy investment ledger, FundGuard was selected for its fund accounting design, cloud-native technology stack, real-time exception management and seamless reporting capabilities. 

NEW CLIENTS

Paine Schwartz Partners chooses Intapp DealCloud for business development and capital markets efforts. Paine Schwartz Partners will use DealCloud to centralize data, streamline pipeline and relationship management, and drive firm growth. DealCloud’s AI technology and automation will be integrated into PSP’s everyday processes, helping teams make informed decisions with insights into investment trends, industry developments, and relationships. Teams will also be able to focus more time on making deals — and less time on tedious data entry — with automated data capture and signature-scraping technology. PSP will also use Intapp Assist for DealCloud, native generative AI capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and help professionals manage deals and engagements effectively. 

SS&C Technologies completes onboarding process for REI Super, the superannuation fund for Australia’s real estate industry. SS&C now provides superannuation administration services and operations support to REI’s 24,000 members across Australia. REI members will now benefit from SS&C’s platform, including access to its member engagement portal with on-demand support through its locally based contact center. 

Bluemetric chooses Canoe to automate alts workflows for wealth managers. Amsterdam-based Bluemetric is a fully independent investment office that provides clients with access to investment intelligence. Canoe is providing Bluemetric with automated alternative investment document collection and data workflows. 

IPR.VC appoints fundcraft as AIFM and central administrator for its Luxembourg fund platform. IPR.VC is a London and Finland based investment firm specializing in the financing of film and television content. This partnership marks IPR.VC’s expansion into Luxembourg from Finland. Fundcraft will provide central administration and AIFM services for IPR.VC’s Luxembourg structures, leveraging its integrated operating model combining regulated services, proprietary technology, and operational experience. 

AllianceBernstein selects SimCorp One technology platform for investment teams. AB’s implementation of SimCorp One will become part of its core, front-to-back infrastructure, enabling AB’s investment teams to have broad access to centralized, real-time data with proprietary tools for competitive trading. Supporting the firm’s in-house technology, SimCorp will continue to accelerate AB’s innovation and data efficiencies. AllianceBernstein’s multi-year phased implementation of SimCorp One is underway, beginning with the core investment data platform. 

OFFICE & PERSONNEL

Vestberry unveils leadership changes. After 5 years of leading Vestberry as CEO, Marek Zamecnik is transitioning to a Co-CEO model and Natalia Jamborova is stepping into the role of Co-CEO, where she will lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Jamborova has been with Vestberry for over five years. She built Vestberry’s Customer Success team from the ground up, designing the client processes, standards, and culture at the company. The new Co-CEO model is: 1 – Zamecnik driving product, technology, and long-term strategy, 2 – Jamborova is leading go-to-market, customer experience, and revenue. 

S&P Global appoints Chief Strategy Officer for Mobility Global. Martin Metzker is the new Chief Strategy Officer of S&P Global Mobility, effective immediately. Metzker will be responsible for leading Mobility Global’s Strategy function and overseeing Communications and Enterprise marketing for the business as it prepares for its planned separation from S&P Global into a standalone public company. Metzker joins the company from Boston Consulting Group, and will report to Bill Eager, President and CEO-designate of S&P Global Mobility. Metzker brings more than 20 years of global strategy and transformation experience to S&P Global Mobility. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised CEOs and boards across the industrial, automotive, private equity and technology sectors. With Metzker’s appointment, Mobility Global has completed the formation of its executive leadership team for the future standalone company. S&P Global expects to complete the separation of the Mobility business in mid-2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary legal and regulatory requirements and approvals, including final approval by the S&P Global Board of Directors. 

FINTRX expands leadership team with two senior promotions and a sales hire. Chris Kiley, who joined FINTRX in 2017 as the firm’s first salesperson, has been named Chief Revenue Officer and now oversees the firm’s go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, partnerships and commercial performance. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Revenue. Dennis Caulfield, who joined in 2018, has been appointed Chief Product and Data Officer after serving as Executive Vice President of Product Operations. Additionally, the company has hired Patrick Bendon as Director of Sales, reporting to Kiley. Before FINTRX, Bendon spent more than a decade at PitchBook Data, most recently as Senior Director of Business Development. As early employees, Kiley and Caulfield have helped shape the FINTRX platform, building the sales, product and data capabilities that shape the company’s growth. Kiley built the company’s sales and go-to-market engine, defining its commercial strategy and architecting the teams, systems, and processes that enable scalable growth. Caulfield played a role in expanding FINTRX from a family office–focused product into a comprehensive private wealth intelligence solution. Bendon’s business development experience spans alternative asset classes. He has served limited partners, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms, real estate investors and other allocators across equity, debt and alternative investment strategies. 

Envestnet appoints Rich Friedberg as Chief Information Security Officer. Friedberg joins Envestnet with more than 25 years of cybersecurity leadership experience across financial services, SaaS, and national security sectors. Most recently, Friedberg served as Chief Information Security Officer at Live Oak Bank, where he embedded cybersecurity into governance, strategic planning, and digital product development while modernizing capabilities through AI-enabled and automation-driven approaches to enhance regulatory confidence, operational efficiency, and enterprise resilience. He previously held senior security leadership roles at Blackbaud and Capital One, serving as Vice President of Information Security and CISO for Capital One’s Card business. 

Charles River Development welcomes Vikrant Nishandar as new Head of Product, Private Markets. As Head of Product, Private Markets, Nishandar will shape the vision and strategy for Charles River’s Private Markets solutions. Before joining Charles River, Nishandar spent almost four years at S&P Global where most recently he served as Managing Director – Global Head of Product. Previously, Nishandar spent over 10 years at IHS Markit. 

Northern Trust appoints Jessica Donohue as Head of Asset Servicing, Americas. In her new role, Donohue will report to Clive Bellows, co-president of Northern Trust Asset Servicing. Donohue joined Northern Trust in September 2025 as Global Head of Product Management for Asset Servicing. Before joining Northern Trust, she held senior leadership positions at State Street, including Global Head for the Asset Owner segment, Head of the Global Clients division responsible for State Street’s strategic client relationships across the asset manager, asset owner, alternatives, insurance and official institutions segments, and Head of Global Investment Insights, Sustainability, and Impact. She also led teams focused on innovation, advisory and information solutions, as well as performance and analytics for institutional and asset manager clients. Additionally, Northern Trust announced that John Turney will succeed Donohue as Head of Product Management for Asset Servicing and will also report to Clive Bellows. Turney will lead a global team of product executives delivering custody, administration, fiduciary, and data solutions for institutional clients. With more than 15 years at Northern Trust, Turney most recently served as global head of Total Portfolio Solutions, overseeing software and solutions for the entire investment life cycle. 

Tom Nolan joins Grandview Analytics as new Vice President. Nolan bring over 20 years of experience in financial markets and technology to support clients in data management, governance, and business process workflows. Nolan previously held leadership roles at UBS Asset Management, CME, and CBOE, where he led data and operational initiatives. 

iCapital welcomes Wayne Saunders as Senior Vice President. Saunders joins iCapital with more than 20 years of experience leading operational transformation across alternative investment platforms and asset classes. At iCapital, Saunders will play a role in building scalable operating solutions, such as CITs. Saunders was most recently at Neuberger Berman, as Head of Alternatives Business Support, Senior Vice President, where he spent the last 16 years. 

Ieva Banyte joins IQ-EQ as Sales Director, Debt and Credit, based in London. Banyte brings over 10 years of financial services sales experience, with expertise in CLO and syndicated loan markets. She’ll be driving IQ-EQ’s Debt and Credit growth across European markets.
