Four actions are available from the user menu – Change Address, Change Email, Change Distribution Instructions, Request Transfer. 2. Evergreen fund redemption distribution: GPs can now easily manage redemption requests for open-ended and evergreen funds. 3. Goji introduces AI workflows for private fund operations. By deploying these AI-enabled workflows, teams can use a digital workforce to handle the workload of data processing and administration. Chronograph adds Semantic Search to its AI suite, bringing enhanced document intelligence to LP portfolios. The new AI-powered capability enables limited partners to search across structured and unstructured data using natural language queries that understand the intent and meaning behind each question. Semantic Search is released as an enhancement to the in-platform ChronoAI interface as well as Chronograph’s Claude connector via Model Context Protocol. The capability understands the meaning and context of queries rather than keyword matching, allowing investors to surface relevant documents and insights even when using different terminology. Searches also run across an investor’s entire portfolio of documents simultaneously. Key capabilities include: 1 – Domain-Trained Intelligence: Where traditional search matches keywords, Chronograph Semantic Search understands private markets. A query for “returns,” for example, could result in insights referencing IRR, MOIC, or DPI. 2 – Cross-Document Scale: Searches across an investor’s entire portfolio of documents simultaneously, without document constraints. 3 – Insights Gathering: Combines Chronograph’s structured quantitative data with unstructured context and commentary from portfolio documents. ↗
FactSet launches AI-powered Document Search in beta. This enhancement can accelerate how financial professionals access and leverage insights from FactSet’s universe of unstructured data. With the rollout of Document Search in beta, FactSet allows users to explore and extract insights from transcripts, earnings calls, news, filings, and other unstructured data while preserving FactSet’s auditability and integration. Its intuitive comparison grid benchmarks companies and timeframes, while a natural language AI agent provides instant Q&A and summarized insights to streamline research. The AI-curated homepage highlights priority topics for analysis, enabling fast and informed decision-making with auditable insights. ↗

MSCI acquires PM Insights. By integrating PM Insights’ data into its offering, MSCI extends its capabilities in private markets, bringing enhanced transparency to private markets. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and the financial impact of the transaction is not expected to be material to MSCI. ↗
Linnovate completes acquisition of Adansonia Management Services. The transaction, initially announced in November 2025, has now been finalized following the satisfaction of all regulatory and closing conditions, including approval from the FSC. The transfer of shares was completed on March 31, 2026. With the completion of the acquisition, Adansonia is now formally part of the Linnovate Partners Group, strengthening Linnovate’s presence in Mauritius. With the transaction completed, both teams will focus on integration efforts and expanding their combined service offering.
Kroll completes acquisition of Madison Pacific. Madison Pacific is now operating under the Kroll brand as part of Kroll’s Agency and Trustee Services practice. This transition strengthens Madison Pacific ability to support cross-border transactions, special situations and private credit solutions. Clients will continue to receive the service they expect, supported by expanded local experience and Kroll’s global resources. ↗

FactSet invests in Finster AI and partners with it to launch new AI-native solution. FactSet AI for Banking is an AI-powered workflow automation ecosystem that gives investment banking teams and research and sell-side firms, a unified environment that automates deal processes and unlocks new insights. Through natural language prompts, it orchestrates the production and synthesis of transaction assets and other processes across the entire deal lifecycle, delivering full traceability. The agents within FactSet’s AI solution for banking streamlines pitch materials, company profiles, memos, deep research, and buyer/seller analysis, among other investment banking workflows. FactSet AI for Banking is now available in alpha for some users, with a bigger rollout planned through 2026. ↗
Canoe Intelligence and Bloomberg form integration to automate private fund data delivery. This integration automates the delivery of private fund data directly into PORT Enterprise, Bloomberg’s portfolio and risk analytics offering. Using the Financial Instrument Global Identifier as a consistent fund identifier, Canoe delivers data into Bloomberg PORT Enterprise via secure FTP for mutual clients, reducing manual mapping and data entry. With private fund data accessible in PORT Enterprise, asset owners can analyze public and private investments for a total portfolio view, while supporting Investment Book of Record aligned workflows that provide an accurate view of private funds’ cash and position data. Clients can use PORT’s interactive dashboards on the Terminal to visualize portfolios, run cross-asset risk and scenario analysis with Bloomberg’s Multi-Asset Class Fundamental Risk Model, assess performance against Bloomberg’s alternative indices, as well as compare private fund metrics alongside traditional portfolio time-weighted returns. ↗

Asset Class partners with NASA to power first alternative investment transaction in Space. As the Artemis II crew departs Kennedy Space Center on April 1, Commander Reid Wiseman will become the first person in history to execute a private fund subscription agreement while travelling to the Moon. powered by the Asset Class platform. The transaction, a commitment into a closed-end infrastructure fund, will be digitally signed approximately 238,855 miles from Earth, setting a new record for the farthest alternative investment ever executed. The Asset Class platform has been certified for use aboard the Orion spacecraft following an integration effort with NASA’s communications infrastructure, including the agency’s Deep Space Network. The subscription will be executed during the translunar injection phase of the mission, approximately four hours after launch, as the Orion spacecraft breaks from Earth orbit. The fund, whose name remains confidential pending final close, is understood to be a mid-market infrastructure vehicle focused on next-generation communications and energy assets. ↗

Huntington National Bank selects the SEI Wealth Platform. The Huntington National Bank has selected the SEI Wealth Platform to advance and unify its wealth management systems and capabilities. Through this strategic relationship, Huntington Private Bank will transition to SWP and rely on SEI’s support across technology, operations, and asset management functions. ERM’s Tom Reichert to step down as Chief Executive Officer effective April 15, after leading the company since January 2022. Sabine Hoefnagel will serve as Interim CEO while the Board conducts a search for a permanent successor. To provide additional continuity during this transition period, Andy Boland, Chief Financial Officer, will work closely with Sabine and the leadership team to drive operational and commercial execution across the company. Reichert will support the leadership transition and remain engaged with ERM in an advisory capacity to help ensure continuity. ↗
Pepper welcomes Eric Mueller as Chief Revenue Officer. Mueller brings over two decades of experience building and scaling technology-enabled services and solutions across financial services. Most recently, he served as COO/Managing Director at D2 Legal Technology, where he advised institutions on transformation initiatives and helped build service offerings. Over the course of his career, Mueller has also held senior roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase, where he led data, operations, and transformation initiatives across global financial institutions.
