Arcesium launches Arcesium Intelligence, an AI platform built for institutional investment firms. Embedded in Arcesium’s front-to-back operations platform and available for clients as an extension of their existing platform relationship, Arcesium Intelligence is designed to allow firms to deploy agentic AI across investment operations and data management workflows. Launching with a catalog of over 100 pre-configured agents and domain-specific skills, and powering operational, analytical, and data management workflows across the entire investment lifecycle, the platform provides a path to AI deployment. Arcesium Intelligence provides: 1 – A catalog of pre-configured agents. Each agent is built on a bias to determinism, eliminating live model risk for workflows where error tolerance is near zero. 2 – Agent Studio, a self-service development platform enabling users to create their own agents and applications using a suite of investment domain-specific capabilities and tools. 3 – A domain-aware orchestration layer to manage the agent lifecycle aligned to each firm’s needs. Acuity Analytics launches Agent Fleet Pro, a new domain-led agentic AI platform. Agent Fleet Pro provides an agentic execution platform that enables AI across research, credit, risk, regulatory monitoring, operational and investment workflows. Agent Fleet Pro can be deployed flexibly, either embedded within a user’s environment or fully managed by Acuity Analytics with client oversight. Ontra launches new DDQ Solution to enhance investor diligence for private market firms. Ontra’s DDQ solution lets teams operate from a single source of truth and complete DDQs quickly and accurately. The result is consistent investor communications, fast turnaround, and a scalable way to handle questionnaire volume. Mantle launches Mantle Copilot. What can Mantle Copilot do? 1 – Copilot understands the order of operations for building a cap table. From incorporation docs to founder grants to closing a round, it guides users through each step without having to ask. 2 – Reads documents so users don’t have to decode them. Drop in a Certificate of Incorporation, offer letter, or closing binder. Copilot reads it, understands what it means for a cap table, and tells the user what to do with it. 3 – Copilot knows when something can’t happen yet, like processing a conversion before share classes exist. Addepar unveils enhanced AI and new data and workflow automation capabilities. CWAN introduces the Clearwater GIC Marketplace, a digital platform for stable value GIC transactions. It connects fund managers and GIC issuers in a centralized environment that replaces the entire manual solicitation process with a single, unified workflow. For fund managers, the marketplace eliminates the friction need of coordinating across multiple counterparties. Managers can build bid specifications, including rates, WAM, and payout schedules, directly in the platform, select target issuers from a directory, and notify all selected issuers simultaneously. As responses come in, managers track bid progress in real time and compare offers side-by-side in standardized formats, enabling direct evaluation on rates, terms, and conditions. Persefoni launches Enhanced Dashboards, a native dashboard builder that allows users to create custom views of their emissions data, tailored to a specific question, audience, or reporting moment. Enhanced Dashboards gives users the tools to build, configure, and share their own views without leaving the platform. Users can create multiple dashboards, organize them into tabs, choose from a range of visualization types (tables, bar charts, pie charts, area charts, tree maps, and more), and configure filters at both the dashboard and individual visualization level. Once built, dashboards can be shared internally for presentations, reporting cycles, or ongoing monitoring. Mosaic expands debt and capital structure analysis capabilities, with new functionality designed to improve sensitivity analysis and provide a comprehensive view of investment capital structures. OneTrust launches the AI Guard SDK that gives developers a way to inspect prompts and responses in real time and take action on sensitive data. AI Guard brings real-time data protection to GenAI applications. Powered by the OneTrust Data Discovery Classification System, AI Guard detects PII, credentials and other patterns in both user prompts and LLM responses. Users can use this SDK to redact, block, or monitor content before it ever leaves their environment. ↗

Bunch raises $35 million in Series B. The round was led by Portage, with Illuminate Financial also participating. Existing backers Motive Partners, Cherry Ventures, and Fintech Collective all returned, joined by a number of angel investors. The raise brings bunch’s total funding to over $58 million. The new capital will go to: 1 – Commercial expansion in Germany, the UK, and Luxembourg. 2 – Enhanced automation across core fund workflows, including capital calls, compliance, distributions, and reporting. 3 – Organizational growth to support a range of asset classes and jurisdictions over time. ↗

Datasite and Legora integrate to enhance AI-powered diligence across the deal lifecycle. This new strategic partnership enables deal teams to perform analysis on documents from Datasite’s data rooms directly in Legora, which can help reduce workflow friction. Through the integration, Datasite permissions automatically carry into Legora so only documents that a user is permissioned to see can be pulled into the Legora platform, resulting in an efficient workflow. Through this integration, Legora customers with access to Datasite data rooms will be able to: 1 – Select and open Datasite VDR files for analysis directly within Legora: Navigate Datasite folders directly in Legora and choose individual files, folders or document categories to inform due diligence, legal analysis and drafts. 2 – Run full data room analysis in Legora: Leverage Legora’s legal-specific AI across the data room to surface red flags, identify missing or inconsistent documents, use templates for drafts and triage diligence faster. Moonfare appoints Chris Maule as Head of UK. Based in London, Maule will be responsible for accelerating Moonfare’s growth in the UK market among private investors and family offices. Maule brings more than fifteen years’ experience across private markets, alternatives and investor distribution. In his new role, Maule will be responsible for shaping and executing Moonfare’s UK strategy, cultivating investor relationships and continuing to develop and grow the UK investor relations team. Prior to joining Moonfare, Maule spent six years leading Connection Capital’s private client and family office distribution strategy. He oversaw fundraising across private equity, private debt and alternative fund strategies. ↗
