Jeremy Hocter

Jeremy is responsible for Holland Mountain’s Operational Strategy service, working alongside our clients designing best practice target operating models. He has extensive experience advising on operating models, data strategy and implementing operational change across business processes and technology stacks.

Jeremy is a globally recognised expert in Private Capital processes, technology, data and analytics who has worked exclusively in the Private Capital industry since 2003. He has delivered operational strategy work for over 75 of the leading Private Capital firms across the US, the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including Bridgepoint, Pantheon, Permira and KKR.

Jeremy began his career at Cambridge Associates in Boston, working on fund manager selection and benchmarking, before moving to London in 2007 to join a boutique Private Equity consulting firm, specialising in implementing technology and outsourcing solutions for large pension funds across their front and back-office operations. He is now a regular keynote speaker on alternative asset management industry trends, challenges and opportunities.

Jeremy graduated from Bentley University and is based in London.
